What is your returns policy?

If the product is damaged or faulty, please email shenanigans.onlineshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem so we can help you accordingly.

If you're looking to return an order/item that isn't damaged or faulty, we only accept returns if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. If this is the case, please email shenanigans.onlineshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we will respond with the next steps within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we won't cover the cost of postage for this.

This does not apply to custom stamps as they are not refundable.

How long will my delivery take?

All mail is sent via Royal Mail.

It roughly takes between 1-3 days to dispatch all orders excluding custom stamps.

Custom stamps can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched depending on the design and size of your stamp(s).

UK delivery should take between 2-5 working days after being dispatched.

Please note that due to Covid delays, mail may take an extra few days to arrive safely to your destination.

How do I order a custom stamp with my design?

Visit the Custom Stamps section on the website where you will be able to find all the information you need to place your custom stamp order.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, I do! Some of my products are eligible for wholesale, some of them being stickers, prints and pins. If you are interested in purchasing one of my items in a large quantity, have my products available in your shop and/or start a reoccurring wholesale purchase, please send me an email shenanigans.onlineshop@gmail.com with your information and enquires.
