How long will my order take?

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.

UK orders should take 2-5 days to arrive from the moment they were dispatched while international orders should take 6-7 days.

Custom stamp orders can take up to 2 weeks to be ready to dispatch while any other items should be dispatched within 2 days of placing your order.

What shipping option should I choose?

When placing your order there will be two shipping options, standard 2nd class delivery and 48h tracked delivery (for UK addresses) or international standard and international tracked (Rest of the world).

If you place your order with the free 2nd class delivery option or international standard (rather than the tracked option) we do not take responsibility for your parcel once it is dispatched and it is the customer's responsibility to enquire with Royal Mail in case the package is lost. If you have placed your order with the tracked delivery option and believe your package has got lost send an email to shenanigans.onlineshop@gmail.com with your order number and your address and we will investigate the matter.
